Our "GSM" of Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah is a classic GSM, yet we make no effort to make it the same each year. Varietal characteristics change the focus  of each vintage from powerhouse to Lou Rawls.  GSMs are the perfect accompaniment to a good roasted chicken seasoned with herb de Provence. 49% Syrah 45% Mourvedre 6% Grenache
