We’ve included two Syrahs bottlings and a silky Mourvedre from the great 2014 vintage. If you haven’t had a big smooth Syrah with a grilled ribeye steak, start with the more nuanced “Grace” and you’ll be opening the beautifully balanced Estate Syrah when you’ve polished off the Grace. The Pinotesque 2014 Mourvedre Reserve is great with lamb, but also ideal with cheeses. For those Grenache fans, the 2016 Three Popes GSM is 50% Grenache and an excellent lighter Summer wine that pairs well with roasted chicken. For those tannin fans, we have a 2013 Estate Petite Sirah and our HorsePlay Red blend of Mourvedre, Montepulciano and Barbera blend we crafted to pair with grilled lamb cubes, marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and garlic.
