Description
Muscats can range from dry to very sweet. We like the 2.5 to 3.5 residual sugar for the sweeter vintages that pair well with a good NY cheesecake with citrus toppings or the dryer vintages (2016 is .5 RS) which complement Thai or Korean cuisine. If your Aunt is from the mid west, this is her wine for just about anything.
