Syrah "The Beast" 2014

The varietal that was supposed to conquer Cabernet Sauvignon, and for good reason. Syrahs can be all over the board, but our Estate and Amador Syrahs are rich and silky and complement beef like no other wine. Smokey, dark berry, dried fruits and tannins that benefit from a bit of aging. The 2014 Beast is releasing in 2022, allowing time to soften its big tannins.
